You'll find these gates at the south end of Queen's Park at theVictoria Road Entrance.   The park was named after Mary Queen of Scots, whose army fought in the Battle of Langside in the 1560's.  The current gates replaced the originals in 1907.

These hand drawings, by Turadh Design Co, depict a selection of landmarks, past and present.  What better way to get record a special memory than with a drawing of the location itself!
