1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of art prints through Turadh Design Co. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Orders

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to the unavailability of products, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

 

3. Pricing

- All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.

- Prices do not include shipping and handling fees, which will be added at checkout where applicable.

 

4. Payment

- We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, Paypal and bacs payment.

- Full payment is required at the time of purchase and prior to distpatch.

- In relation to wholesale orders, payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase.  Payment terms may be agreed by mutual consent following an initial 3 month order period. 

 

5. Shipping

- Orders will be processed within 3-5 days business days with the exception of wholesale orders which will typically be processed and dispatched within 10-14 working days..

- Shipping times may vary depending on location and selected shipping method.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

- All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.

- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the damage.

 

7. Copyright and Usage

- All art prints and associated products from Turadh Design Co. are protected by copyright law. 

- Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the prints without prior written consent from Turadh Design Co.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

- Turadh Design Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale of our products.

 

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Great Britain/ Scotland.

 

10. Changes to Terms

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
